Do you want to become a Teacher/Trainer/Instructor or need to upgrade your existing qualification to one that is recognised by the Institute for Learning (IFL)? If so, this is the course for you. The PTLLS is a course designed for anyone wishing to teach/train/instruct adult learners. It is an essential course for anyone that: -Would like or require an introduction to teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector or -Are seeking career progression within their area of work or -Teach on a one-to-one and/or group basis. We recognise that it can often be difficult for candidates to be released from their places of work. Learners also incur the financial burdens of travel, hotel and other subsidiary requirements. Akuro offers the PTLLS Award as a distance learning course via our unique online package. The online package has been designed to systematically guide the learner through the full Award, using fully narrated interactive sessions and the qualification can be completed at either Level 3 or 4.

To complete this qualification the learner will be required to complete both theory and practical assessments. AK/FAI/L3First Aid Instructor Level 3

Course Title: First Aid Instructor HSE. Course Description: First Aid Instructor is a specialised bespoke qualification; delivered by integrating it into our extended 6302 Course. This provides both the 6302 (required) plus the First Aid Instructor qualification (assuming the student already has an in-date First Aid at Work Certificate). However, if a student already holds a 6302, 7303, 7407 or Certificate of Education, procedure will be: -Pre-prepare a scheme of work for First Aid at Work lessons, as arranged and agreed with the course tutor. -This will need to be submitted before attending the one day course, which forms part of our programmed extended 6302 (PTLLS) Course.
